Fabulous Fudge Featured Fudge Testimonials Online Ordering Contact Us Many people have asked us what our secret is - why does our fudge taste so different compared to commercially prepared fudge?  We can honestly say that there is no secret ingredient for making great fudge.  Fabulous fudge is created by hard labor (lots and lots and lots of constant stirring) and top quality ingredients.  If you don't cook your fudge properly, or if you use bargain-brand ingredients, it shows in appearance and taste.  We use the best, most consistent ingredients available.  That way, our fudge is always perfect in flavor, texture and appearance.  We never use short-cuts.  We even make our own Marshmallow Cream.  Everything that can be created from scratch is done so.  We offer many delicious flavors of fudge such as:     Chocolate Rum     Chocolate Black Raspberry     Chocolate Coffee Liqueur     Chocolate Hazelnut     Chocolate Orange     Chocolate Almond     Chocolate Peppermint     Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl                   And of course, Traditional Chocolate Fudge. All of our flavors are pure flavors - we use no imitation products.  Only pure extracts and quality liqueurs are used to flavor our fudge.  And, when we say "flavor" that's what we mean - we don't obscure the chocolate essence of the fudge by drenching it with the accent flavors.  What you get is a delicious chocolate fudge product with subtle over-tones.  The smallest order that we can ship is one pound, however, should you wish to sample different flavors, you can mix and match in ½ pound increments.  There is no maximum amount of fudge you can order - so feel free to go crazy!
